WYCC Marine Retirement Plan is a flexible product (Saving Retirement) based on Seafmen’s Life periods.
Main advantages
Flexibility of Contributions
Employer/Employee can contribute regularly (Cf. ILO Convention C71)
The contribution payments could be annually, bi-annually, quarterly, monthly...
It offers the ability to adapt the contributions to the individual financial situation (eg: unemployed period)
Additional payments are possible at any time during the contractual period (charter premium, employer premium…).

WYCC Marine Retirement Plan gives access to different retirement investment strategies adapted to your investment profile; from conservative to aggressive.
At enrolment each Participant chooses the Investment profile, and can modify this profile directly online via the Internet Platform.
Benefits Payment Options adapted to the needs
Various Benefits Payment Options are available:
At the retirement age:
• Lump sum
• Life annuity
• Life annuity guaranteed for a certain period
• Life annuity with survivor benefits
Before the retirement age:
• If a Participant becomes totally and permanently disabled or in case of death
• If a Participant has another activity
Simple Administration
Individual Web access for all modification of investment profile, account statement
Additional premium, modification of contribution payment (amount, periodicity), withdrawals, etc…
Taxation
WYCC Marine Retirement Plan is an offsore contract subscribed by WCA (Worldwide Crew Association a.s.b.l) for their members. The contract is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, with insurance company supervised under the Insurance Business (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002.
